To apply for an apartment at Archer Medical District, select one of our studio, 1, or 2-bedroom apartments and click APPLY NOW to start your application online.

All applicants over the age of 18 must be able to pass a credit, criminal, and rental history background screening and must income qualify by making 3 times the monthly rent based off their gross income. Please see our rental criteria and qualifications for more details.

Guarantors are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Guarantors must also complete an application, undergo screening, and meet income requirements. Please see our rental criteria and qualifications for more information. 

No, we do not offer furnished apartments. 

Yes, we offer lease terms between 3-12 months.

Yes, we love your furry friends! We allow up to two pets per apartment home.

Breed restrictions apply. Not approved but not limited to, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Including any mix of the breeds listed above.

Please contact the leasing office for pet fee and pet rent amounts required for each pet.

You can conveniently pay your rent online via our Resident Portal.

The online portal will allow you to pay via debit or credit card with a convenience fee, or pay by ACH payment. ACH payments do not have a fee.

Rent is always due on the 1st of the month. This includes holidays and weekends.

Archer Medical District is partnered with Parcel Pending, helping residents gain easy 24-hour access to their packages. Packages are not held at the front desk and are not accepted by the office.

No, utilities are not included in the rent. Water and storm water are allocated and will be billed monthly. This will reflect on your monthly statement and will be due on the 1st of the month with the rent and any other monthly fees. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity in the leaseholder’s name. You may select any electricity company you would like that offers services in our community.

Non-emergency service requests can be easily entered into The Loft Portal!

In the case that you have an emergency maintenance request, you can reach our team at any time to place an emergency service request by calling our office. If you call outside of office hours, please follow the prompt and our on-call emergency service associate will address requests that qualify as an emergency. 

For emergencies that require immediate attention, such as fires, medical situations, or any life-threatening situations, please call 911 directly.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office or give us a call. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith as we do not complete these on our end.

We encourage our residents to personalize their apartments and make them feel like home. You are welcome to hang pictures and even mount your TV on the wall. We kindly ask that you visit the office to learn about our decorating policies and any charges that may apply for restoring the apartment before you move out.

Parking is first come first served in our multi-level parking garage. We offer reserved parking for an additional monthly fee. Please contact the office for more information.

All residents are responsible for the actions of their guests and guests must follow the applicable lease and community policies.

Designated visitor parking is on the fourth floor of the garage in the parking sports marked for visitors. Guests must register their vehicles online. QR codes with the guest registration link are located throughout the garage.

Archer Medical District is located in Dallas ISD and is zoned to Esperanzo Medrano Elementary School, Thomas Rusk Middle School, and North Dallas High School.
